Hotplate Sizzling Noodles, also known as Teet Parn Mee or is a food served on hot plates where it look appetizing sizzling away on the cast iron serving platters. Mostly, it is served with the chicken meat, eat, and vegetables on a hot plate. In Red Cafe, it is served with "Mee Kuning" and  “Yee Mee”. 

 

     The sauce is made on by adding the chicken into a big pot with onion, garlic, chili sauce, water, and black pepper. While the sauce is cooking, the noodles is cooked and stirred every minute to keep noodles from sticking together. At the end, the noodle is put on a larger platter and the source is poured over top to allow noodles to absorb all those wonderful flavors.

 

     In Red Cafe, customer is given choices where there is “Yee Mee” and yellow noodles. “Yee Mee” is a kind of dried wheat noodles where it can be drenched in a sauce or cooked in soup. On the other hands, yellow noodles, also known as “Chinese Egg Noodles” that has been made by wheat flour, egg yellow and salt. The noodles required boiling or cooking before it is ready to be served.
